JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced legal professional or lawyer to strengthen our legal advisory team. Reporting directly to senior management, your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, etc.
• Providing legal advice in business law, corporate law, contract law, and private international law.
• Assisting our clients (both corporate and private) with their local and international legal projects.
• Preparing legal memos, risk assessments, and regulatory watch notes.
• Acting as liaison with local authorities and international partners.
• Contributing to the structuring of complex operations and managing cross-functional legal projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a law firm, family office, corporate legal department, or consulting firm.
• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills, discretion, rigor, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and international environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
