JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised support;
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships, develop own network of HNWI and UHNWI;
• Handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the brand’s products or services;
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience;
• You contribute to the development of profitability and the evolution of your bank's value proposition;
• Promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams;

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration or similar field (ideally with a post-graduate qualification such as CFA or CWMA);
• Proven experience in private banking, as a PB, RM or CRM for at least 10 years;
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices;
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships;
• Teamwork and leadership skills;
• Fluency in Italian, French and English (other language is an advantage).
