Senior Relationship Manager - ME Desk

A leading international Private Bank is seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager - ME Desk for its Geneva office, providing tailored wealth management solutions and building strong partnerships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, primarily from the Middle East region

- Provide bespoke investment and wealth planning solutions in line with the clients’ objectives, risk profile, and financial goals

- Identify and onboard new clients through own network, business development activities, and strategic market initiatives

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including investment advisors, legal and compliance, and product teams to ensure top-tier service delivery

- Ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements

- Act as a senior ambassador of the bank in client meetings, conferences, and business development events focused on the ME region.

YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a strong focus on the Middle East market

- Proven track record in client acquisition and asset gathering within the ME segment

- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements

- Strong network and cultural fluency in the Middle East region

- Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a strong advantage

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
