JOB DESCRIPTION

- Originate, acquire, and retain UHNW/HNW clients; grow AUM and revenues against targets;

- Act as lead Relationship Manager, coordinating multi-booking-center coverage;

- Build bespoke wealth plans spanning investments, lending, and estate/wealth structuring;

- Lead end-to-end onboarding, KYC/EDD, source-of-wealth corroboration, and periodic reviews;

- Proactively deliver investment ideas and market insights; host reviews and strategy calls;

- Ensure profitability and disciplined pipeline management;

- Serve as “voice of client” into product/strategy; contribute to platform enhancements;

- Prepare high-quality proposals, term sheets, and investment policy statements.

YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management;

- A degree in banking or in finance;

- Proven track record in client acquisition and asset gathering;

- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements;

- Strong network and cultural fluency;

- Fluent in English; other language is a strong advantage;

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
