Senior Relationship Manager - EAM Desk
Our client, the largest and one of the most prestigious banks in Monaco, is seeking a SRM-Developer on the EAM Desk. It’s been awarded Best Private Bank in Monaco multiple times and they keep growing.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop your own network for client acquisition, meet prospects and clients, develop your book of EAM;
- Understand the product offering and develop ability to pitch complex solutions to clients;
- Develop your own value proposition in accordance to the bank strategy as a holistic advisor;
- Provide to the client with investment and management advice/proposals, aligned with the client’s goals, assets and chosen investment;
- Maintain close collaboration with specialists to keep up-do-date with (investment) solutions and developments in the financial industry;
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client investment profiles using internal tools.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in finance or similar qualification (ideally with a post-graduate qualification such as CFA or CWMA);
- 10+ years’ overall experience in finance and 5+ years’ experience working on an EAM desk;
- Own network or prospects of EAM in the UK, France, Monaco, Switzerland and the ME;
- Strong client orientation with high level of communication and interpersonal skills;
- Distinguished commercial appetite with proven acquisition and negotiation skills;
- Autonomous, multi-tasking, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, resilience;
- Entrepreneurial, team spirit and collaborative approach;
- Focused on providing the highest quality service to clients;
- Understanding of investments products;
- Fluency in English and French (other language is an advantage).
