JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage and expand a portfolio of Spanish-speaking high-net-worth individuals and families;

- Provide clients with bespoke wealth management advice, including investment strategies, estate planning, and tax optimization;

- Develop new business opportunities and grow the client base within the Spanish-speaking market;

- Collaborate closely with the broader wealth management team to deliver comprehensive financial solutions;

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and financial products relevant to the Spanish market;

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering proactive and personalized services;

- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards;

YOUR PROFILE

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management;

- Proven experience managing high-net-worth clients, particularly in the Spanish-speaking market;

- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies;

- Fluent in Spanish and English (French or other languages are a plus);

- Strong networking and business development skills;

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills;

- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple client relationships.
