Senior Relationship Manager - MENA
A recognised European private bank, with a full suite of WM services from its DIFC-based platform, supported by international booking centers, is seeking a SRM to develop the MENA region business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Oversee strategic planning and execution of high-value client acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with the bank's growth objectives;
· Develop and implement innovative investment strategies to meet the unique needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients, leveraging market insights and financial acumen;
· Drive business development and client acquisition efforts, fostering strong, lasting relationships with H/UHNW individuals;
· Utilize advanced financial modeling and analysis to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making at the executive level;
· Serve as a key role model and mentor, providing guidance and support to the Private Banking team, including less experienced bankers and assistants;
· Demonstrate extensive expertise in risk management, compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and regulatory procedures;
· Cultivate and expand a robust network for client acquisition and business growth;
· Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance the bank’s market presence and competitive positioning within the private banking sector.
YOUR PROFILE
· Bachelor's degree (minimum);
· Additional certifications in finance;
· At least 10 years' experience in private banking;
· Expertise in negotiation, business development and client acquisition;
· Outstanding relationship management skills;
· Enjoy working as part of a high-functioning team
