Senior Relationship Manager - Poland Desk
A prestigious private bank in Zurich is seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager for the Polish market to join its Zurich office. The bank features fostering innovation in a dynamic environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, primarily from Poland, and ensure proactive and quality follow-up of your customers;
- Provide personalised advice and offer tailor-made solutions and services to your customers, constantly seeking their satisfaction;
- Identify and onboard new clients through own network, business development activities, and strategic market initiatives;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including investment advisors, legal and compliance, and product teams to ensure top-tier service delivery;
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements;
- Act as a senior ambassador of the bank in client meetings, conferences, and business development events;
- Create and maintain your network necessary for the acquisition of new clients;
- Build trusting and lasting relationship with your clients;
- Contribute to the development of profitability and the evolution of your bank's value proposition.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a strong focus on the Polish market;
- Proven track record in client acquisition and asset gathering;
- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements;
- Strong network and cultural fluency;
- Fluent in German and English; Polish and other language are a strong advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
