Senior Private Banker - GCC Desk

Our client, an international private bank with 40+ years' presence in the UAE, is expanding its GCC reach and seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker for the GCC Desk in Dubai.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in the GCC region, providing personalized wealth management services.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base by networking, referrals, and leveraging the bank’s services to attract potential clients in the GCC market.

Investment Advisory: Offer strategic financial advice, including asset allocation, investments, and risk management tailored to clients' needs and goals.

Portfolio Management: Oversee client portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and client objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, while proactively managing and mitigating risks.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and senior management to develop customized solutions and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, economic developments, and competitive activities within the GCC region to offer timely and relevant advice to clients.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, ideally within the GCC region.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
  • Established client network across the GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain).
  • Experience working within an international or Swiss private bank is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, structured solutions, and financial markets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the UAE and GCC financial environments.
