JOB DESCRIPTION

· Developing a client portfolio and ensuring proactive and quality follow-up of your customers

· Building and maintaining your network necessary for the acquisition of new clients

· Providing personalized advice and offering tailor-made solutions and services to your customers, in constant pursuit of their satisfaction

· Building trusting and lasting relationships with your clients

· Contributing to the profitability and the evolution of the bank's value proposition

YOUR PROFILE

· Bachelor's degree (minimum)

· Additional certifications in finance (CFA or similar would be a plus)

· At least 10 years' experience in private banking or wealth management

· Expertise in negotiation

· Outstanding relationship management skills

· Fluency in Italian an advantage but not required
