JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and manage own portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, primarily based in Romania.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding clients’ financial needs and objectives.
• Provide tailored investment advice and wealth planning solutions in collaboration with internal specialists.
• Act as a strategic advisor, maintaining regular contact and delivering proactive guidance on portfolio performance, market trends, and financial opportunities.
• Drive business development by identifying and onboarding new prospects through your professional network and reputation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across investment management, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless service to clients.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, STEP) are a plus.
• Proven track record of success in private banking or wealth management, with an established client portfolio.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth planning strategies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to grow and maintain long-term relationships.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Romanian.
