Senior Private Banker - SEA Desk

A leading international Private Bank is seeking a seasoned Senior Private Banker - SEA Desk to join their office in Luxembourg to develop the Asian market clientele.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients originating from Southeast Asia.

- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients from the SEA region through personal networks, referrals, and partnerships.

- Develop a strategic business plan to expand the bank’s footprint in the SEA market.

- Provide tailored investment advice and comprehensive wealth management solutions aligned with clients’ goals, risk profiles, and time horizons.

- Collaborate with internal investment specialists to design and manage customized portfolios across asset classes.

- Support the bank’s overall growth strategy in Asia through collaboration with other international desks.

- Promote a culture of excellence, ethics, and client-first service.

YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a strong focus on SEA market.

- Proven track record in client acquisition and asset gathering within the SEA segment.

- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong network and cultural fluency in the SEA region.

- Fluent in English; other language is a strong advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
