The incumbent will be central to the entity's investment and advisory platform, bridging strategy and execution through opportunity screening, valuation, FP&A, and advanced financial forecasting to drive data-driven financial outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• You perform detailed business valuations using various methodologies including Discounted Cash Flow, public comparables, and precedent transactions.

• You assist in the preparation of high-quality Information Memorandums, and management presentations for advisory mandates.

• You support the Associate Director in executing due diligence for potential Private Equity acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

• You develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for portfolio companies and advisory clients.

• You lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

• You conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) to identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to management.

• You design and produce monthly and/or quarterly performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• You monitor market trends and competitive landscapes within the KSA and GCC markets to support investment theses.

• You maintain the integrity of financial data across all reporting platforms, ensuring accuracy in all client-facing materials.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Private Equity.

• You possess strong Excel skills with the ability to build complex and dynamic models from scratch.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and financial terminals (Refinitiv) as an advantage.

• You have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.

• You have proven verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus).

• You are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
