Senior Business Analyst
A leading international Private Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Monaco office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In compliance with local, Group Directives and local regulations :
1- Conduct all phases of complex analysis regarding initiatives that liaise with Monaco’s Client Data Management, tax and regulatory reporting.
2- Facilitator between IT group initiatives to be delivered in Monaco.
3- Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks and issues within the business.
4- In charge of Monaco branch Tax and Regulatory reporting :
* Local regulatory reporting processes, procedures and reporting outcomes (FICOBAM, VUC, ANACREDIT, OSCAMPS,…).
* Local French tax reporting (IFUs) processes, procedures and reporting outcomes.
* Coordinator and in charge of tax reporting (FATCA, CRS, …) for Monaco Branch.
5- In charge Monaco Branch Client Data Management :
* Dataquality Officer : Controls to be put in place , all the relevant task reports to identify any potential inconsistency to be reviewed and analyzed by Client Documentation team
* Client data monitoring processes and solutions design
6- In charge of Monaco Reporting and business controls automation :
* Local reporting solution design & build (DataMart’s, Power BI reports, Operation Datamart…);
* BAU reporting and controls process effectiveness and automation (Operation activity, Risks, Controls, Accounting, AML, Credit…);
* BAU corresponding dashboard for Front office;
* Ad hoc reporting;
7- Monaco Branch PMO
* In charge of branch’s change management annual budget definition and plans;
* Responsible for local project processes definition and controls;
* Local PMO will ensure that all Branch projects’ team members uphold the group's standards throughout each project's development and execution (processes, procedures, quality framework & project group SLA).
8- In charge of monitoring Branch IT requests (DI) and ensuring closing on time.
9- Local change and Project manager
* Acting as a facilitator between group’s PM and local teams
* IFU
* CLM
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Qualifications required by the Bank for this position are :
Degrees : MASTER 2 minimum
Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in similar position
Analytical & Business skills
- Wide expertise in the following Banking and Tax regulation (KYC, AML, CRS, QI, FATCA, MIFID, IFUs, UKRND, EMIR) with a proven track record delivering IT solutions for main actors of the private banking industry.
- Proficient in investment vehicules analysis and with a wide knowledge of corresponding compliance requirements for PICS, TRUSTS, PARTNERSHIP, FOUNDATIONS,…
- Expertise in private banking services and products (Swift, Transfers, Traffic payments, corporate actions, Financial products distribution, performance, suitability market, liquidity and risk calculation (STEX, FX, DCIs, ACDC, derivatives, pledge, credit scoring, …). Process definition, control solution design & delivery, transaction reporting, score card design and client reporting design. Wide knowledge and understanding of Clients and Account management life cycle management.
- Expertise in modeling methodologies : UML2, MERISE, BPMN.
- Wide expertise in business requirement and solution design definition with a proven track record of deliveries.
- Good presentation and communication skills with a proven track record animating workshop with various stakeholders or animating senior management / steering committees.
- Experienced in risk and problem management.
Change management skills
- Senior Certified Project Manager : PRINCE2 or PMP.
- Experienced with a proven track record delivering large projects and programs on the following topics in Private Banking industry:
* CRM / CLM solution design, implementations or migrations.
* Business process reengineering and digitalization.
* Regulations implementations (Cf. above definition). EBanking release.
- Experienced in delivering project in Agile methodology, V-cycle, Waterfall.
Technical skills
- Expertise in the following SGBD : SYBASE IQ, ASE, ORACLE, SQL SERVER. PL/SQL, JOB scheduling.
- Expertise in database and DataMart modulization, SQL procedures design and reporting solution delivery.
- Expertise on CORE banking systems : AVALOQ, BIMAS, S2i.
- Good skills in Python, Avaloq report writer, Visual basic.
- Knowledge of the following operating systems Microsoft, RHEL and UBUNTU server administration.
- Capabilities to trouble shoot technical (OS, network, apps) and functional issues.
- Experienced in Microsoft Power BI et Business Object reporting designs.
